After our Indian Summer the first cold snap of winter arrived on Friday, with heavy rain showers on Saturday morning, luckily the rain kept away until the end of the run. Due to the long dry summer we were able to cross the river for the first time in a couple of years.
The relay consists of four team members where the first runner (14 years and under) runs a 2k lap with the next three all running the 4k lap and crossing the river just before the end of the lap.
